Manuel has been working as a project manager at the Competence Center for Innovation Procurement since 2015. He has expertise in advising Austrian public sector organizations in the field of innovation procurement and innovation management and supports public buyers and innovative SME at matchmaking as well as facilitates innovation procurement knowledge in courses and workshops. Furthermore, he lectures at BBG’s in-house academy (PPA) as well as at the Austrian Federal Academy of Public Administration, focusing on PPPI topics.
