Overall Objectives of the Module


After completing the module, the participants will be able to:

  • develop a theoretically informed understanding of what negotiation is about in professional (as well as personal) life
  • gain analytical skills to understand real life situations and to come up with grounded ideas for solutions in these situations
  • gain negotiation skills through reflection and experimentation
  • lose their reluctance or shyness to engage in negotiations
