Head of Legal Department; responsible for the legal correctness of all procurement procedures executed by BBG as well as for analysis of current and draft public procurement law. Wolfgang has more than 20 years of experience in the field of public procurement at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Austrian Central Purchasing Body (BBG). Professional experience as head of senate at the Austrian Review Body and member of the Federal Administrative Court. Project leader in several EU funded public procurement twinning projects and expert in TAIEX missions. He provided acts as lecture for BBG’s in-house training program and a few external academies as well as at the Federal Academy of Public Administration and presented the Austrian Public Procurement System to experts from over 20 countries. Wolfgang is a certified facility manager and graduated at the University of Vienna.
