Experts working in public procurement face many challenges that require a broad range of skills and expertise. In addition to contributing to an efficient and transparent public administration, they need to keep up with the progressive change of market conditions while at the same time pursuing innovation, sustainability and other socio-political objectives.
To further support public procurement practitioners, the European Commission has initiated and is funding the third training programme for CPB personnel.
