The first edition of the PPE officially started on September 24, 2018, with 33 participants from 19 different countries taking part in the programme. After a total of six weeks of training, which took place in three separate training blocks, the participants graduated from the programme in January 2019 and were awarded with the title of “Certified Public Procurement Experts”.
