On September 17, 2020, the second edition of the Public Procurement Excellence Programme started with an offiicial Kick-Off. 35 Public Procurement Practitioners from 17 different EU and COSME countries took part in the 5 weeks of training. After the first training blocks had to take place online, the participants were able to come to Vienna for the final training block and graduated in May as certified “Public Procurement Experts”.
