Hubert is a procurement manager in ICT. He is a procurement manager with close to 20 years experience in ICT. This includes more than 5 years of expertise in public procurement, specialising in the field of ICT (strategic procurement). He is responsible for the preparation of calls, needs assessments, market analysis, setting of specifications, terms of Contract and SLAs, designing evaluation models and creating the tendering strategy and documents.
Prior to the BBG, more than 11 years of activity in a specialist retail store, 7 of which in a leading position.
